The second level is the heart of this home with a spacious, open living space and kitchen. It's greatest feature is the wall of windows and french doors onto the deck that offer panoramic views of the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials required to cook any meal. The dinning space include high kitchen table and sit up bar for 6 and additional low dinning table with 4 leather chairs.

Two bedrooms are located off the kitchen area with queen beds.

The Lower level is a garage conversion for additional living space and sleeping quarters. Here we find two double futons with quality mattresses, entertainment area, additional fridge and a walkout to the lower patio and grassy play area!

Parking
There is plenty of parking for multi-vehicles and boat.
This property is located in a private gated community. Guests are provided an access key code for gate entry.

Buoy
This property offers a buoy for guest use. Guests may use buoy at their own risk and must sign a waiver prior to use.
